The first photo taken with the new setup, which includes a new monochrome cmos camera (quite the upgrade from my dslr), an auto focuser, and an Atik filter wheel with Baader LRGB + Ha and SII filters (O-III filter is still missing).
This is a small part of the North America #nebula (or NGC7000) called the Cygnus Wall.
Taken with a Ha (hydrogen alpha) narrowband and RGB filters resulting in a HaRGB color image (Luminance = Ha, Colors= RGB). So it’s basically a true color photo!
The nebula is one of the most dense star forming regions of our milkyway!
